All orders are prepared and shipped in weekly batches.

After placing an order, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. This allows us to carefully handle and pack each piece from our limited releases.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship within the United States using USPS.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Rates are provided directly by the carrier to ensure fair and accurate pricing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Saint Aura is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages
