Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Saint Aura pieces are limited releases, so we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at saintaurastudios@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, please return your item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
